Construction Advocacy Professionals (CAP) started in 2017 with one goal in mind, honest, full customer service to her clients.

The reasons for increased use of owner’s representatives and construction administrators are likely driven by a combination of the growing technical complexity and economic risk associated with modern construction projects. The new decade of building comes with a more complex project delivery method, and increased specialization of design professionals who have historically served the role of owner’s representative. Both private owners and public-sector awarding authorities are retaining project advisors to supplement their internal management and administrative capabilities and address gaps in services rendered by the design professional, commissioning agent, and construction contractor.

At CAP we provide owner’s representation, construction administration, as well as commercial property inspections and many other services. With more than 300 million in successfully completed projects, we have continuously proven our ability to make your construction process more efficient, design your idea from conceptualization to completion, and obtain any level of internationally and locally recognized green building certification that best suits your project.
